Join a Leading Food Manufacturer as Head of Export Sales

Our client, a prominent global leader in the food industry, is seeking a talented Head of Global Sales (Export) to lead and drive sales performance across all international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective global sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Oversee a team of cluster heads responsible for specific regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Leverage extensive route-to-market experience to navigate diverse market dynamics and challenges.

  • Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership, balancing both commercial and operational aspects.

  • Monitor global market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.

  • Analyze sales performance metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in export sales management, particularly within FMCG or similar sectors.

  • Strong understanding of route-to-market strategies and international business environments.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing sales teams across multiple regions.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in English; additional languages such as Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
