Head Non-Financial Risk

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, maintain, manage and execute a comprehensive risk management function to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor the company's non-financial risk arising from aspects include but not limited to strategy, regulation, operation, investment management and business activity.

• Oversee the non-financial risk management of the company and ensure that risk controls and monitoring tools are in place to minimize non-financial risk.

• Advise on any risk related matters including but not limited to strategy, regulation, operation, investment management and business activity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Possess 10 years of relevant hands-on banking or financial services experience in Operational Risk Management or a related role.
