Head IT Transformation Project

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide project teams to ensure high performance and successful project delivery.
  • Motivate team members, foster productivity, and promote continuous skills development.
  • Accountable for project delivery within defined scope, timeframes, quality standards, and budget constraints.
  • Utilize project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices to drive successful outcomes.
  • Manage project risks, issues, changes, stakeholders, and communications effectively.
  • Monitor and manage project managers' performance and program/project delivery.
  • Participate in and guide RFI/RFQ/RFP processes to secure suitable contracts.
  • Review and negotiate contracts to protect the organization's interests.


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, IT, Computer Science, or Management, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of solid project management experience in a managerial capacity.
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, management, and vendor management skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value and minimizing disruption.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and commitment to achieving departmental KPIs.
  • Strong soft skills including communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
