About the Role:
As the Growth Lead, you will be part of the leadership team and own the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention. This role will be managing Customer Acquisition Team, Customer Engagement & Retention Team and CRM Team.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Identify company's growth opportunities and manage its team's effort to fill in these opportunity gaps.
- Set the vision for micropayment's user growth, expansion and work cross-functionally with business, product, data science, marketing and other key areas of the business.
- Lead and manage actionable roadmaps according to the company and team's vision.
- Focus in product feature, capability enhancement and roll-out plan.
- Open for Malaysian with Bachelor Degree or above of education background.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. Ideally experienced in financial product's launching and marketing.
- Executioner with startup mindset and high energy level.
- People management experience is mandatory.
