Group Management Accountant

About Our Client:
We are currently recruiting for a multinational industrial products manufacturing and services company in Malaysia who are looking to hire an experienced Group Management Accountant/FP&A, who will be responsible for full spectrum of group finance and analytics matters and an important business partner. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to both CEO and CFO, based in Petaling Jaya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for group financial and management reports, including global consolidation.
• Prepare detailed analysis of group financial performance with commentaries to the management, working closely with operations team on monitoring projects progress and WIP.
• Prepare forecast and budgeting, business plan, cash flow planning, and actively involved in any continuous improvement efforts throughout the group.
• Responsible for short-term and long-term business plans, cost and efficiency analysis.
• Working closely with the accounting team for accounting policies and procedures, along with routine financial reports and performance.
• Perform in ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required for future business growth and diversification needs.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance OR professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7-8 years of relevant financial reporting, with FP&A experience.
• Possess strong critical thinking, people & stakeholder management and analytical skills
• Excellent written and communication skills in English and Mandarin, for liaison with stakeholders in ASEAN region.
