Group Financial Manager

About Our Client:
We are currently recruiting for a multinational industrial products manufacturing and services company in Malaysia who are looking to hire an experienced Group Finance Manager, who will be responsible for full spectrum of group financial reporting and analytics matters. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to both CEO and CFO, based in Petaling Jaya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of group financial and management reporting for the SEA region.
• Prepare and present detailed group financial numbers with financial analysis to the Board and management on quarterly basis.
• Responsible for coordination and finalization of statutory audit and tax matters for the group.
• Monitor and keep up to date on industry & government related regulations, to implement measures required for the group.
• Prepare forecast and budgeting, business plans and analysis, financial modelling, etc.
• Perform in ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required for future business growth and diversification needs.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance OR professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant financial reporting, consolidation, and people management experience, preferably with a career foundation in external audit in a Big 4 Firm.
• Possess strong critical thinking, people management and analytical skills
• Excellent written and communication skills in English and Mandarin, for liaison with stakeholders in SEA region.
