Group Finance Director (Regional exposure needed)

We're partnering with our prestigious NBFI client to secure a dynamic, strategic finance leader to build and lead their Group Finance Accouting COE. If you thrive in a fast-growing, matrix environment and love driving transformation across multiple markets, this is your stage.

What you'll do

• Lead, develop and scale the Finance COE

• Deliver high-quality finance services aligned to Group policies and timelines

• Oversee accurate and timely monthly close for Group Office entities

• Drive intercompany charging models and transparency with regional BUs

• Standardize processes and define SLAs/KPIs across markets

• Champion automation and continuous process improvement

• Partner closely with Group Finance, BU CFOs, Controllers and functional leaders

• Lead budgeting & cost management

• Build and retain high-performing talent through coaching and engagement

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business

• 12+ years' experience in finance/accounting with global exposure in a shared service setting (must)

• 8+ years leading diverse, high-performing teams

• Strong regional / multi-market experience is essential

• Financial services background

• Prior experience establishing intercompany charging processes

• Proven success in matrix organisations and transformation environments

• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle Finance/Procurement advantageous

• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks
