Join a Leading Food & Beverage Company as a General Manager (Overseas Market)

Our client, a renowned global leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a talented General Manager (Overseas Market) to drive the growth and performance of their business units in these regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for operations in assigned markets.

  • Lead and manage local teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Create high-quality operational plans and processes to achieve and exceed business targets.

  • Formulate annual operational plans, encompassing strategy, resource allocation, and comprehensive programs.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of operational data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine and optimize business performance.

  • Assist the COO with successful launches of new business initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • General management experience with strong operational and commercial management experience.

  • Experience within food-related businesses such as FMCG and/or food ingredients is an added advantage.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing operations in overseas markets, with an understanding of different business styles and environments.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in English; additional languages such as Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia are an asset.
