General Manager

Our client is a fast-growing semiconductor company with an international presence. They are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead operational efficiency, commercial strategies, and overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic initiatives that enhance revenue streams and long-term financial health.
• Inspire and guide teams toward achieving business goals while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent to build a strong leadership pipeline and high-performing workforce.

Skills & Experience Required:

• A relevant academic background in engineering, business, or a related discipline, with advanced studies being an advantage.
• Extensive leadership experience in senior management within the semiconductor sector.
• Deep industry expertise, particularly in packaging, assembly, and testing processes.
• A strong history of driving strategic initiatives, business expansion, and revenue enhancement.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and cultivate high-performing teams.
• Comprehensive P&L oversight experience, including planning, forecasting, and cost management.
• Highly effective in communication, negotiation, and fostering key business relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
• Well-versed in industry developments, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
• Willingness to travel as required.
