General Manager

One of Malaysia's leading homegrown fashionwear brand is looking for an experienced General Manager to join the team as part of the Senior Management team.

About this role:

Reporting to the CEO, you will be mainly responsible for developing and implementing a successful and sustainable sales and branding strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate successful sales strategies to ensure growth of the brand within Malaysia through data analytics, performance marketing and competitor analysis.
  • Working with the product team to establish a sound product plan.
  • Developing marketing and branding strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 8 -10 years of management experience in the sales/retail industry.
  • Proven track record in developing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics or related field would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong business sense and commercial awareness.
