Franchise Senior Business Development

Job description

  • Our client is a one of the largest F&B chain in the world, they are looking for a Franchise Senior Business Development to join their team!
  • Responsibilities:
  • Support franchise development managers in driving and closing franchise sales deals through coordinated presentations, discovery days, and site visits
  • Manage and qualify franchise leads by maintaining a strong sales pipeline, CRM tracking, and handling enquiries from digital platforms, brokers, and referrals
  • Execute franchise sales activities at exhibitions, roadshows, and F&B trade events to generate new business leads
  • Prepare all sales‑related franchise documentation including application packs, agreements, and disclosure materials
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end franchise onboarding to ensure a smooth post‑sale transition for new franchisees
  • Act as a key liaison between franchisees and internal teams to support the sales-to-operations handover
  • Track and report franchise sales performance through development reports, sales updates, and market intelligence

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • 3 to 4+ years of experience in franchise development, business development, or F&B expansion
  • Experience in restaurant, café, QSR, or multi-unit F&B operations preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple franchise projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and basic reporting tools
  • Understanding of F&B operational workflows and food safety standards
