Food Service Manager

Job description

Our client is an established food ingredients MNC based in Klang Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the development of the Business Development plan and Sales Strategy.
  • Ensuring that the team achieved growth in market share, volume and revenue.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers/partners across the HORECA and Food Manufacturing industry.
  • Providing leadership to the existing Sales team.
  • Ensure that all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes are communicated and implemented within the team

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business or a related field.
  • 5 - 8 years of Sales Management experience in the Food Service industry.
  • An extensive network in the HORECA industry in Malaysia.
  • People management experience.
  • Willingness to travel across Malaysia frequently to meet customers.
