Financial Controller (Based in PJ and Port Klang)

About our client:

Our client is a multinational company in the FMCG manufacturing industry, with strong presence globally. They are looking to hire an experienced Financial Controller, who will be responsible for full spectrum of finance, manufacturing operations and costing matters.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be supporting and reporting directly to the CEO, most of the time based in Port Klang, with their admin office based in Petaling Jaya:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of finance, which includes finance operations, costing, forecast & budgeting, financial analytics, etc.
  • Progressively forming a bigger team as the business continues to grow.
  • Actively participate in controlling of cash flows and working capital scope of the company.
  • Act as the business partner and work closely with CEO for commercial decisions.
  • Lead internal project for process improvements, CAPEX, required simulations for informed business decisions.
  • Support on internal and external audit and tax matters.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant finance reporting and operations experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Possess Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification ie. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Possess strong critical thinking, business partner and ability to lead the team.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
