Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager (Based in Shah Alam)

About Our Client:

Our client is a multinational consumer products manufacturing company in Malaysia, who is looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager, who will be responsible for full spectrum of finance and accounting matters. You will be part of the team to help with organisation's exciting growth plans.



Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to the CFO, based in Shah Alam.

  • Oversee end-to-end financial reporting matters which also includes good understanding on manufacturing costing and transfer pricing.
  • Responsible for submission of financial reports, forecast and budgeting matters.
  • Responsible for improving processes, efficiencies, and internal controls whenever necessary.
  • Act as the business partner by analysing financial information and advise management team for business decisions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to finance team members, with development plans.
  • Perform in ad-hoc assignments as and when required.



Skills & Experience Required:

  • Possess Degree in Finance/Accountancy or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant financial reporting, with few years in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, people management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English.
