Finance Manager (Multiple Vacancies in Klang Valley)

We are currently recruiting for multiple multinational companies in Malaysia who is looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager, who will be responsible for full spectrum of finance matters for the assigned legal entity(s) in the company. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to CFO/Finance Director, based in Petaling Jaya/Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of finance, including month end close, statutory submissions, etc.
  • Review and hands-on preparation of consolidated reports.
  • Responsible for forecast and budgeting and act as the business partner of the management team.
  • Drive process improvements on internal controls, processes and ensure compliance with group policies.
  • Provide guidance to the finance team and actively involved in other relevant operational departments.
  • Perform in ad-hoc projects and assignments as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Possess Degree in Accounting/Finance or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant financial reporting, with people management experience and experience in external audit would be an added advantage.
  • Possess strong critical thinking, resilience in fast-paced/start-up environment and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English.
