About our client:
This company is a well-known manufacturing business in the market. They are looking to hire a senior finance professional to be based in Ipoh to support the business and to manage the finance team

Your key responsibilities includes:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, cost controlling and stock take.
• Manage financial reporting and analysis
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
• Conduct risk management and financial audits
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
• * Support on audits, statutory reporting and tax

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
• Professional certification (e.g.,ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Mandarin fluency (spoken) to liaise with plants based in China
