Finance Manager

Opportunity with one of the largest and fastest growing multinational chain of healthcare companies based in Malaysia. Currently the commercial team is actively seeking for Finance Manager to be based in Seremban medical hospital to oversee the finance operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall finance operation of the hospital:

• Front office (payment, admission and discharge invoices, etc)
• Credit control (insurance reimbursement, claim from third party agencies or companies, follow up with debtors)
• Staff claims and reimbursements
• Manage and review payment to vendors and contractors
• In charge of consumer stores and pharmacies
• Prepare monthly/quarterly report for Group reporting purposes.
• Lead and manage the implementation of new accounting standard or indirect/corporate tax that is applicable for the Group.
• Induction and training for new staff

Requirements:

• Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA/CIMA) with professional membership.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
• Strongly prefer experience in Big 4 accounting firm OR audit exposure.
• Can be based/ open to travel to Seremban daily
• Good leadership and people management skills and willing to be hands-on when necessary
