Finance Executive (GL)

We are currently recruiting for a well-known consumer manufacturing company in Malaysia who are looking to hire a Finance Executive, who will be responsible for finance reporting scope in the GL team. The role will be supporting and reporting directly to the Senior Accountant, based in PJ office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial closing activities, prepare B/S schedules and relevant financial & management reports.
  • Participate in forecast and budgeting activities and required financial analytics.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents along with company secretary matters.
  • Ensure timely preparation of financial reports in accordance with the company's policies, group internal control process and MFRS.
  • Perform in ad-hoc tasks and assignments as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Possess Degree in Finance/Accountancy or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of financial reporting experience, external audit candidates are welcomed to apply.
  • Detailed oriented, team player and ability to work independently.
  • SAP experience will be an added advantage.
