I am partnering with a client, one of the leading financial institution in Malaysia who has been in operations for over a decade. With business expansion in mind, they are setting up a new team in Malaysia which focuses on transformation of their finance system. You will play crucial role in this new formation team and will make significant contribution to the finance system. You will gain global exposure as you work with people across the region andcollaborate with teams across Global Functions and Businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive implementation of changes to the global, regional and local systems and processes including the overall RWA Change Book of Work across all risk types (NCCR, CCR, Op Risk, Leverage Ratio etc) for Basel Capital Calculation and Reporting.

  • Ensure that future Change (Basel 3.1) and BAU change requirements are strongly supported by using RWA SME knowledge.

  • Support planning and implementation of business transition activities.

  • Knowledge of how the offshore centres operate.

  • Ensure that suggested design fits end to end process and system solutions.

  • Prepare functional design documents for specific requirement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge in a Regulatory/Accounting based role and able to adapt in Finance, Risk and Technical environment.

  • Regulatory Reporting experience with various Banks' regulators.

  • Understanding in software development life cycles, Agile / Waterfall environment.

  • Knowledge on Group's Finance processes both internal and external reportings.

  • Experience of process mapping and system tools to create processes.
