Finance and HR Manager

About Our Client:

We are currently recruiting for a growing and established growing FMCG products manufacturing company in Malaysia who are looking to hire an experienced Finance and HR Manager, who will be responsible for full spectrum of finance and HR matters, along with being a business partner for the company. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to the CEO, based in Port Klang.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, in accordance with the required statutory requirements and group policies.
• Active involvement in providing support for operation's needs.
• Provide high level information and financial analytics and participate in management decision making for strategic direction.
• Work alongside with the CEO on the quarterly and annual forecast and budgeting, along with manufacturing costing matters.
• Responsible for audit, tax and legal related matters.
• Review and implement procedures and policies to ensure internal controls and compliance are in place.
• Involvement in office and human resources administration matters, which would include recruitment, annual employee review, handbook and payroll matters.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant financial reporting experience, with at least 3-5 years in leadership roles in a manufacturing industry.
• Possess strong critical thinking, people management and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
