Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking multiple role of Financial Analyst / Business Analyst

This position - plays a key aspect in the global scope of : Management Reporting, Performance monitoring, Financial analysis, Modelling, Process improvement activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Involved in Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities

• As part of the central Group Controlling team, in charge of creation and development of management reports

• Transformation of existing fragmented management information packages into and integrated online management information platform

• Create and maintain interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis with components from various data sources

• Drive continuous improvement of key controlling products/tools,

• Work closely with local, regional and global function heads to provide transparency on performance and understand factors that drive business performance

• Proactive data analysis to answer key questions within our monthly reporting cycle and requests from the management board

• Support annual strategy, planning and budgeting process

• Contribute to key global projects in and beyond the Finance area

• Liaise with Business Units and utilise relevant information to produce reports and carry out data analysis
• Ensure accuracy in the computation of standard costs and make revisions as required

Main Requirements

• MINIMUM of 3 years of working experience
• Experience working as a Business Data analyst will be advantageous
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize, analyze, interpretate and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in obtaining data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
• Skillful querying, report writing and presentation of results
• FP&A analyst or Managemenet accountant with high IT affinity is welcome to apply
• Great communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across multiple countries
• Able to work well in a fast paced MNC environment
