FICO Team Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Analyse finance and procurement processes, propose improvements, and lead system design, configuration, and testing.
Resolve system issues, manage vendor resources, and provide user training to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Oversee project planning, design, implementation, and go-live phases, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Key Requirements

5 to 8 years of hands-on and leadership experience in SAP FICO modules, including GL, AR, AP, AA, EBP, FSCM-DM, CRM, and CM
Strong knowledge of SAP FICO and experience in finance systems; familiarity with SaaS tools (Ariba, Coupa, Concur) is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; self-motivated and able to manage projects independently.
