Factory Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Compile BOM/purchase requisitions for fabrication materials based on AFC drawings.
• Ensure production processes adhere to AFC drawings and quality standards.
• Determine manpower requirements for project execution.
• Prevent project delays and ensure adherence to the schedule.
• Motivate, support, and guide production staff.
• Report and communicate regularly with upper management regarding production issues.
• Coordinate with Project, Design, Procurement, and QC departments to meet timelines.
• Maintain safety and health standards to ensure a safe workplace.
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets and quotations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the industrial or relevant engineering field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Senior position consideration for candidates with more experience.
