Export Sales Manager

Job description

Join one of the global FMCG players as their Export Sales Manager, overseeing the distributor markets across South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and grow distributor relationships to ensure sales targets are met.

2. Manage regional growth and P&L to expand market share within assigned regions.

3. Coordinate with other key internal stakeholders to manage annual budgets and sales forecast.

4. Monitor trade spend and lead negotiations for new business partners.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or relevant field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in business development, account management, and/or export sales within FMCG.
  • Has strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Has sound understanding of distributor management and trade spend.
