  • Provide support services meeting agreed SLA
  • Provide Dashboard/Report showing supporting tickets statistics & analysis
  • Planning, execution & monitoring for assigned tasks

The Requirements

  • 1 years direct experience in L1 support.
  • Experienced in Azure Cloud and ETL are advantageous
  • Mandarin speaking and Malaysian Citizen only.
