Key Responsibilities
Continuously collect, track, and analyze energy consumption data.
Ensure proper implementation and compliance of the Energy Management System (EnMS).
Monitor and evaluate EnMS performance and execution.
Prepare and submit Energy Efficiency & Conservation (EE&C) reports with accurate data.
Recommend energy-saving initiatives and oversee their implementation.
Review and work with energy audit reports prepared by Registered Energy Auditors (REA).
Maintain proper documentation and records for compliance and reporting purposes.
Perform additional duties as required by the Energy Commission.
Key Requirements
Strong knowledge of EnMS development, implementation, and monitoring (based on guidelines).
Understanding of Measurement & Verification (M&V) methods related to energy-saving measures.
Ability to review and assess energy audit reports for submission to the Energy Commission.
Competent in extracting and managing data for annual EE&C reporting.
Good communication skills to engage with stakeholders, including management.
Ability to maintain structured records for compliance with regulatory requirements (EECA 2024).
Added Advantages:
Familiarity with ISO standards, especially ISO 50001.
Team-oriented mindset.
Degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience.
Certification such as REM Type II or equivalent.
