Ecommerce Manager

Job description

Join a renowned retail brand as their Ecommerce Manager, where you will be responsible for leading end-to-end ecommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement ecommerce strategies for the assigned market.
2. Conduct testing on campaigns and tactics to increase traffic and drive customer acquisition.
3. Work closely with marketing team to align campaigns and digital initiatives.
4. Prepare monthly trading plans and annual ecommerce plan to ensure smooth customer journey.
5. Conduct analysis on data collected from marketplaces and platforms to identify areas of improvement.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar.
  • At least 4 - 5 years of experience in Ecommerce or similar role within consumer and retail.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
