Our client aims to deliver service excellence through technological innovations within their Global Business Services in Kuala Lumpur. With a long-standing and impressive history within the Financial Services industry, they are looking for an eAuction Specialist.

As a pioneering member of the function, you will drive optimal solutions and costs.

Job Description:

As an eAuction Specialist, your responsibilities include:

  • Driving adoption of eAuction through Source-to-Pay solutions by identifying and managing the pipeline
  • Setting up eAuction events and setups of Suppliers
  • Monitoring incremental eAuction savings and evaluate efficiency gains/productivity
  • Initiating right approach methods with Sourcing Managers
  • Developing structured assessment process alongside Procurement Teams

The Right Candidate will possess:

  • 5 years of regional procurement/sourcing experience
  • Source-to-pay tool proficiency (eRfx and eAuction)
  • Good communicative skills and a high level of initiative
