Our client is a well known player in the global industry and is currently expanding their business in Malaysia.

This role requires you to establish and lead the operations of the global technology team in Malaysia. You will also be providing strategic leadership to develop talents and capabilities. Apart from that, you will also be involved in site innovation & expansion plans. In this role, you will be required to manage all end-to-end leadership for the organisation and collaborate with other affiliates.


To qualify an individual must possess:

  • A Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Engineer or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in technology industry with technical experiences in developing a team from scratch
  • Well versed in leadership, stakeholder engagement & influencing skills at a regional capacity
  • Experienced in driving creativity and innovation together with organisational skills
  • Exceptional knowledge on the latest technology trends and tools
  • Good spoken and written proficiency in English
