Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Buying Management: Oversee sales orders and the entire buying process for SEA and ANZ markets.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Create OTB and buying plans based on market demands and sales performance.
  • Pricing and Profit Management: Ensure fair product pricing while managing profit margins.
  • Inventory and Stock Management: Maintain healthy stock levels through inventory management and promotional strategies.
  • Performance Analysis and Action Plans: Identify fast/slow movers, recommend actions, and provide sales analysis to adapt to market changes.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Background: A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Over 8 years of hands-on experience in Merchandising and Category Management.

Expertise:

  • Footwear Market Insight: Deep understanding of footwear markets, including market and product segmentation, as well as consumer demand trends in Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of merchandisers.

Technical Skills:

  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in using MS Excel and SAP (or equivalent systems).

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing relationships with internal stakeholders across various regions.
