Developer , Core Banking (AS400)

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive technical documents and compile requested documentation and reports promptly.
• Execute design and development activities for applications in response to change requests and project requirements.
• Design and maintain software databases/tables, encompassing Software Applications, Data Flows, and User Interfaces.
• Test, uphold, and propose software enhancements to ensure robust functionality and optimization.
• Collaborate with production support team members to conduct root cause analyses, review code, and perform unit testing.
• Independently install, customize, and integrate software packages and programs.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of software development experience, with a preference for core banking exposure.
• Functional and system knowledge of RBK-Retail Banking applications (CASA, Time Deposit, Liquidity Management).
• Familiarity with Silverlake's banking software suite, particularly the Deposit Module.
• Technical proficiency in AS400/DB2 architecture, RPG, and ALDON.
• Experience leading a small team and providing guidance to junior developers.
• Comprehensive experience in the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of applications based on change requests and project requirements.
