Demand Planning (Assistant Manager)

Job description

Our client is one of the leading logistics provider and is working with various industries within their business. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Demand Planning (Assistant Manager) to join their growing company. This role will be based in Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of not only managing a team but also dealing with the inventory planning within the full stretch of processes.
  • Maintain the internal performance and targets of the company whilst ensuring good inventory management activities.
  • Take actions to ensure that performance, opportunities, issues and challenge are handled and communicated appropriately with the right parties.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Sound knowledge in FMCG Demand Planning (Convenience Stores, Food & Beverage, anything high volume based).
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning Management.
  • Experience in People Management is highly preferred.
  • Good communication skills (internal and external).
