Demand Planner Analyst

Massive expansion here and we are currently looking for highly motivated individuals that has Demand Planning experience for my client who has multinational presence around the world. Clients that we are working with stems across various industries such as manufacturing, chemical, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and services.
Job description:

End-to-End Supply Network Planning:

  • Implement and maintain product parameters across the network to drive replenishment and resulting inventory at decoupling points and in markets based on product segmentation and configuration guidance.
  • Ensure global consistency of planning master data and optimal use of SAP for demand and supply planning.

S&OP Process Management:

  • Create statistical forecast for relevant materials.
  • Create manual forecast for A and B materials. Incorporate SAM and PLM inputs.
  • Create consensus forecast applying Integrated Business Planning concepts.

Capacity and Stock Analysis:

  • Analyze stock levels and capacity constraints.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to stock outs and overloaded work centers.
  • Conduct lead time analysis and develop stocking strategies.
  • Implement stock buffering and shelf-life management practices.

Supply Projections and Vendor Management:

  • Develop supply projections for production, vendors, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.

Requirements:
  • Commercial background with an interest in entering shared services.
  • Regional or shared services exposure is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in SAP/DDMRP is an added advantage.
  • Advantageous to have mandarin speaking skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in order management or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
