Demand & Supply Chain Planner

This global MNC is looking to hire a proactive Demand & Supply Chain Planner who is an excellent team player and has strong interpersonal communication skills. Based in PJ, this role will be responsible for the management and overseeing the company's overall demand and supply chain operations to maximize the processes productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the supply chain system implementations and planning
  • Will have to deal with ordering, shipping and import management and act as the SCM contact window across countries
  • Must be able to do the annual inventory control, supply planning and demand consolidation
  • Ability to do year on year and month by month forecasting management
  • To use the Integrated Business Planning order system


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holding minimum a Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain or relevant fields
  • Has 4-5 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain preferably from the FMCG industry
  • Has strong hands on experience with supply chain management and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc)
  • Must have a sense of ownership and pride in personal performance and their impact on the company's success
  • Company has start-up culture and will need someone who has the ability to take the reigns and run the show

  • Demand Management Supervisor (Experience in sales forecasting, demand planning)
  • Senior Demand Management Analyst (Forecast accuracy, data analysis and report development)
