Data Lead

As our IT Lead, Data & Solutions Specialist, you will take charge of business-driven IT projects, leading teams and vendors to design, implement, and optimize data-driven solutions. You'll play a crucial role in data pipeline development, database management, integration, and ensuring smooth collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders.

Your Role:

• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with IT teams and vendors to deliver innovative solutions.
• Manage IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring milestones and budgets are met.
• Develop scalable data pipelines, ensuring smooth integration and synchronization of databases and applications.
• Optimize database performance, security, and reliability.
• Support end-users, train teams, and facilitate IT system implementations.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in IT project management, leadership, and solution implementation.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience managing relational databases.
• Expertise in cloud computing (MS Azure) and programming languages like Python.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across teams, and drive strategic improvements.
• Technical skills: MS Excel (Intermediate), Python (Intermediate), SQL (Intermediate), Power BI (Preferred), Leadership & Project Management
