About our client:

Our client is a technology services company delivering large‑scale telecommunications and digital transformation projects for a well‑established enterprise with extensive regional operations. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the team works on data‑driven platforms that support high‑volume transactions, network operations, and business intelligence use cases. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are looking to hire an experienced Data Engineer to design, build, and optimise reliable data pipelines and platforms that enable analytics, reporting, and operational insights across complex systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop pipelines (in python) for extracting call recordings and call metadata from telesales autodialers and uploading them to the AWS S3 bucket for further processing
  • Develop data pipelines ( in python and structurred YAML) for transcribing call recordings and combining it with call metadata
  • Develop data pipelines and LLM prompts for analysing call recordings and generating KPIs and reports
  • Maintain the Callsight cloud infrastructure on AWS ( deployed with Terraform) & extend based on new business requirements
  • Engineer new LLM prompts to extract metrics from call recordings
