Data Centre Operations Technician

Our client is a global technology company which focuses on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.

Key requirements:

  • Keeps the "lights on" ensuring availability and reliability exceed data center operations' service levels.
  • Logical and physical diagnostics including repair are carried out in teams that operate 24/7 including on-call rotation.
  • Participate in equipment installs, knowledge management and continuous service improvement.

To qualify an individual must possess:

  • 5+ years Linux administration for IT Infrastructure.
  • Knowledgable in scripting languages such as Bash, Perl, Python, etc
  • Networking engineering experience are an advantage (CCNA, DNS, Firewall, etc)
