Cybersecurity Readiness and Training Analyst

Our client is a well known financial services organisation with a global presence across Asia. They are currently looking for a new member to join their cybersecurity team. This role is crucial to reduce the risks against cyber threats by changing the people culture and behaviors, as the last line of defense.

In summary, reporting to the Head of Cyber Readiness, you will responsible for governance and oversight of Information Security, covering security training and awareness and business finance. In this role, you will be designing, communicating and execute global security awareness program such as phishing simulation campaign and more.

You will also be required to ensure that all the security awareness program meets all industry regulations and compliance requirements. Last but not least, you will be producing management reports in PowerBI and responsible for IT security purchases and invoicing.


To qualify an individual must possess:

  • A Bachelor's/ Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience of information security preferably with security awareness (phishing, computer based training concepts, secure code warrior assessments for end users).
  • Basic familiarity with PowerBI report presentation
  • Experienced in managing business budgets (raising purchase orders and approving invoices at local business level)
  • Basic programming in Python, familiarity with basic SQL commands basic networking and security concepts. Will need to pass an assessment
  • Good spoken and written proficiency in English with good stakeholder management experience
