Customer Service Manager (Logistics)

Job description

Our client is one of the leading companies when it comes to the logistics industry. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their growing company. This role will be based in Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction promptly and professionally.
  • To manage daily operations related to customer service activities, including warehousing, stock management, distribution, and import/export arrangements.
  • Serving as the main point of contact between customers and the respective account managers.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or anything relevant.
  • Preferred candidate should have experience in key account management.
  • Experience in people management is essential, with a preference for candidates who have managed a team of 10 or more.
  • Mandarin speaker preferred.
