Job Summary

The Senior Executive, Customer Service, is responsible for handling customer and intermediary enquiries across multiple communication channels and ensuring timely, precise service delivery. The role requires strong operational discipline, the ability to manage escalations effectively, and a commitment to upholding regulatory and service standards within the insurance industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer and intermediary enquiries via phone, email, chat, social platforms, and walk‑ins.
  • Deliver accurate, timely responses while meeting internal service turnaround targets.
  • Handle complaints and feedback; escalate when necessary and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
  • Support onboarding and knowledge development for new team members.
  • Assist with operational routines including team briefings, scheduling, and real‑time service monitoring.
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Contribute to operational initiatives, process improvements, and assigned projects.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in customer service or contact centre roles within the insurance industry.
  • Mandatory: Valid Singapore insurance certifications (HI, BCP, PGI, M5/M9 or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of life and general insurance products.
  • Clear, professional communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Experience guiding or supporting team members is an advantage.
