Customer Experience Representative

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, delivering accurate and timely information.

    • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.

    • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.

  • Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and policies.

    • Provide customers with detailed information about products, promotions, and company policies.

  • Problem-Solving:

    • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to orders, payments, and deliveries.

    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer problems.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

    • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.

    • Generate reports on customer service metrics and identify areas for improvement.

  • Customer Experience:

    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

    • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is advantageous.

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the eCommerce industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

  • A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
