CRM Manager

Our client is one of the leading retailers within the leisure & home goods industry. As part of their expansion plan, they are seeking for a CRM Manager to join their team to drive business growth, leveraging CRM strategies and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain customer loyalty through implementing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.

• Conduct frequent analysis of customer data to identify new business opportunities within existing customer segments.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, customer service, and technical teams to maintain strong collaboration.
• Analyse sales activities and customer feedback to present to management team for business decision making.
• Identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Holds a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CRM or similar role within the retail industry.

• Experience working with CRM systems.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. .

• Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia are a plus.
