Our client is one of the leading retailers within the leisure & home goods industry. As part of their expansion plan, they are seeking for a CRM Manager to join their team to drive business growth, leveraging CRM strategies and tools.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain customer loyalty through implementing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications:
Holds a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia are a plus.
