About Our Client

We are currently recruiting for a company that is a rapidly growing organisation in the FMCG sector in Malaysia. They are currently seeking to hire a corporate analyst to join their expanding finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills who are eager to gain exposure to global operations and strategic projects. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to Chief Operation Office (COO), based in Balakong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the COO in evaluating operational performance across local and international markets.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitive benchmarking for new market entry.
• Assist in planning and executing international expansion and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Monitor risks related to global operations and propose mitigation strategies.
• Conduct various ad-hoc duties per request.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess a bachelor's degree in business, International Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in operations analysis, consulting, investment analysis, or international expansion projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with exposure to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
