Corporate Affairs Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Affairs Manager to lead corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and Corporate Social Responsibility for a publicly listed company. This role is responsible for managing the organisation's reputation, ensuring regulatory compliance in communications, and driving strategic engagement with shareholders and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all internal and external communications, including corporate announcements and communication with key stakeholders and investors.
• Monitor the application of established branding standards and guidelines across Group entities.
• Ensure messaging alignment across investor relations, marketing, and internal communication teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, government agencies, industry associations, and key business partners.
• Lead the execution of CSR initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's sustainability goals and community impact objectives.
• Assist in the execution of investor relations strategy that promotes transparency and builds trust with investors and analysts.
• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, including community engagement activities, investor meetings, and internal gatherings.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Graduate Diploma in Communications or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of working experience in corporate communications, public and investor relations.
• Be involved in planning, developing, managing and implementing programs that enhances the company's reputation and image.
• Experience handling media engagement strategies and program.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
