Job Summary

This role is responsible to support the Process and Control Workstream, managing and maintaining the Global Risk and Control registers, Process and Control Blueprint, Process maps and Standard operating procedures owned by Central Finance in view of BU Oracle implementation. This includes taking the lead to support the Central Design workstream in any design related forums and processes.

This position also supports audits, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and contributes to any governance related activities and continuous process improvements of our Oracle system processes. Your efforts will help strengthen compliance, process efficiency, and robust internal controls across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings deep functional knowledge in Oracle modules and their integrations - particularly with Strategic Coupa, along with a strong risk mindset essential for safeguarding process integrity and supporting continuous improvement.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1.Maintain the relevant Global Process and Control documentation, working closely with relevant teams to ensure any updates are put through proper governance and approvals.

2.Provide timely progress updates on Process and Control milestones for each BU implementation, communicating status to key stakeholders via regular reports and dashboards.

3.Lead BU Process and Control forums, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable recommendations and drive alignment

4.Proactively lead and manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely provision of documentation and supporting remediation of audit findings.

5.Partner with the Central Design team to ensure updates to the process design are documented appropriately and ensure the Oracle process design across Pods are updated, where required, contributing to workshops, design reviews, and solution validation.

6.Review BU Process and Control documentation to ensure appropriate alignment to Global versions, ensuring compliance and fit for purpose processes.

7.Facilitate the overall governance process (ie. prepare and support updates required) to the Process and Controls documentation where approved localization exist.

8.Prepare/review governance related documentation as and when required.

9.Collaborate with the Central Delivery team to ensure timely execution and governance of key activities and deliverables

10.Proactively drive and value-add in special or ad hoc project work.
