Confidential Hiring: Director for a rapidly growing Multinational Logistics Company

About our client:

Our client is a subsidiary of a huge Global MNC with more than 300 entities worldwide, offering great opportunities for internal growth and exposure. They are currently looking at optimistic growth in the Logistics Business Unit with clear vision to be achieved by 2026. As such, they are currently expanding their operations and are looking for International Transport Logistics Professional to join them as a Director for the Malaysia Division.

Responsibilities:

-To drive and steer the International Transport Logistics business in Malaysia, making decisions involving operations & P&L and other aspects with group's business interest in mind

-Leading a team of more than 10 headcounts in Logistics operations

-Cycle reporting to Managing Directors based in Europe

Requirements:

-Mandatory: Professional level fluency in German & English (Verbal & Written)

-Prior experience in 3PL/4PL International Logistics industry is highly preferred, with 4-5 years in a management capacity

-Able to excel in flat hierarchy, international & multi-culture environment

-Proactive in planning, executing and seizing growth opportunities
