What You'll Be Doing:
As the Compliance Advisory Expert in Financial Crime, you'll lead a dedicated team in driving an ethics-based culture while tackling moderately complex financial crime risks across the business. You'll be the go-to expert in ensuring robust AML, CFT, and sanctions compliance through strategic guidance, risk assessments, and hands-on advisory.

Your role will include:
✅ Leading financial crime compliance efforts and aligning strategies with evolving legal and regulatory frameworks
✅ Driving awareness through impactful training and reporting on ethics and compliance metrics
✅ Investigating AML alerts, managing escalations, and responding to adverse media cases
✅ Collaborating with operational teams to embed compliance controls into day-to-day processes
✅ Conducting institutional risk assessments and ensuring timely remediation
✅ Reporting to senior leadership and Group Compliance Committees with actionable insights
✅ Ensuring quality assurance and audit readiness across business functions

What We're Looking For:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or Accounting
✔ At least 10 years of experience in compliance, financial crime, or regulatory roles within banking or financial services
✔ Deep knowledge of AML, CFT, and sanctions laws and best practices
