Commercial Strategy & Planning Analyst

Join one of the biggest players within the beverage manufacturing space as a Commercial Strategy & Planning Analyst, where you will be supporting the senior leadership team in critical business decisions and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct frequent analysis of both internal and external commercial data to identify findings to support strategy development.
2. Attend senior leadership meetings to present findings and new developments in commercial strategies to advise strategic business decisions.
3. Accelerate business growth through driving commercial strategies across business segments.
4. Prepare annual business strategy through understanding of past business performance, collaborating with functional heads, and implementing collated data.
5. Lead internal projects to drive business improvement initiatives and short-term business strategies.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics or similar.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Commercial Strategy / Commercial Control / GTM or relevant position.
• Prior experience within sales and/or marketing will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to speak Mandarin will be advantageous).
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role.
