Commercial Head (Food Service)

Our client is a leader in food products with a global footprint, and are seeking for a Commercial Head to lead their strategic business growth. In this role, you'd be responsible for driving new commercial opportunities and developing team capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Commercial ownership & growth: Lead the end‑to‑end commercial agenda across Domestic and Export markets, driving revenue, gross margin delivery, and overall business performance through robust strategic and operational execution.
• Financial leadership & accountability: Shape, establish, and manage budget frameworks and financial targets while ensuring disciplined adherence to commercial metrics and profitability goals.
• Commercial strategy & execution: Develop and implement winning strategies for new and existing commercial opportunities, ensuring strong market positioning and consistent delivery against key commercial KPIs.
• Customer & partner relationship management: Strengthen and expand relationships with existing and new B2B clients, building profitable long‑term partnerships while upholding Group Branding Guidelines.
• Values‑driven leadership:
• Champion company's core values in all interactions, decisions, and stakeholder engagements to foster a high‑performance, customer‑centric culture.

Job Requirements:

• Comes with at around 10 - 15+ years of sales experience within the FMCG / food products industry, with at least 5+ years of leadership experience. Prior experience handling frozen products would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience handling HORECA / Food Service / Retail / Wholesalers channels.
• Proven sales track record with P&L management and people management experience.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with strong demonstration of leadership and interpersonal skills.
