Commercial Head (F&B)

About Our Client

One of the leading F&B brands with an international presence is seeking for an experience Commercial Head in the F&B space to join their management team to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be involved in managing the total business operations and driving for market share growth. On top of overseeing restaurant operations, you will be responsible for P&L management, brand development, quality and compliance, as well as internal & external stakeholder management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring business success and growth in Malaysia.

Skills & Experience Required:

To be shortlisted for the role, you will need at least 10 - 15 years in the F&B industry. Prior experience in restaurant operations and management is the foundation for this role. On top of this, you will need experience in leadership roles within the F&B space and have handled multiple departments. Strong business acumen, P&L management, and communication skills is needed for this role.
